At Greensea Online Store, we provide a 7-day refund policy for most items purchased from our platform. In order to request a refund, customers must ensure the following:

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with the original packaging, tags, and receipts.
  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds will only be processed once the product is inspected, and it is confirmed that the conditions for a refund are met.

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Once your refund request is processed and approved, you will receive your refund through the original payment method within 14 business days. If the product is deemed to be faulty, the customer may be offered an exchange or repair option instead.

Greensea Online Store also offers automotive products, including accessories, parts, and tools. These products are sold in accordance with local automotive safety standards. When purchasing automotive products, the customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their vehicle. If a product is unsuitable, customers may request a return under our 7-day refund policy provided the product remains unused and in its original condition.

For any automotive consumables, including oils and lubricants, customers should carefully review product specifications before purchasing. Greensea Technologies is not liable for any issues that arise from incorrect use or installation of automotive products.

9. Consumables Terms and Conditions

Consumable items, including food products, over-the-counter medication, farming chemicals, and personal hygiene products, are subject to specific regulations.

  • Over-the-counter medication can only be ordered by customers who provide a valid prescription from a licensed medical professional.
  • Chemical-based farming products may be purchased by customers who submit the required certification or special letter from a registered agricultural expert or extension officer.
