However, we understand that there may be occasions when you may need to return or exchange a product. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns or exchanges are accepted, in accordance with Zambian consumer protection laws.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted, except for products that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return:
Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing detailed information and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
If you wish to exchange a product, we will issue a store credit for the returned item (if it meets the return conditions), which you can use to purchase another product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
